Betzayda Montoya
Betzayda Montoya has long been involved in immigration law, working on a variety of cases across the spectrum. She has experience with employment and family immigration issues, as well as asylum, naturalization and U-visas. She also has a strong background in criminal law.
Ms. Montoya is fluent in Spanish, and she has been a member of the firm since 2019.
