California immigration attorney Verónica Trejo handles numerous areas within the law firm’s practice, representing clients in removal defense proceedings before an Immigration Judge, family-based petitions, applications for permanent residence, naturalization, “U” Visas, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status visas. Ms. Trejo represents clients in family and probate court in various counties in Southern California. She also works on nonimmigrant visas such as H2B, H1B, TN, K, as well as PERMs and employment green cards.
Ms. Trejo is fluent in Spanish and enjoys helping families and businesses with their immigration needs. In her free time, she goes to different community centers, churches, and schools to provide free legal consultations in underserved communities. She also volunteers at DACA and naturalization workshops with organizations such as the Mexican American Bar Association, Long Beach Bar Association, Ferias Legales, and the National Day Laborer Organizing Network.
Ms. Trejo was born and reared in San Angelo, Texas. She received her B.A. degree in Psychology from Stanford University in 2006 and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2010. She has been a member of the California State Bar since August 2011 and a member of the firm since June 2012.
